Life on Flag Island
The central mission at Flag Island Resort is to bring joy to our guests. It’s what we love to do and it drives us to deliver the most unforgettable vacations possible. To accomplish this we focus on safety, hospitality, and quality. As the resort grows, our team grows with it. Today we have about 20 full-time employees in a variety of roles including guest services, property & maintenance, and guide services. Many of our employees live at the resort full-time and consider it one of the best perks of the job.
If you want to live and work in one of the most beautiful places in the world and help people have fun, we'd love to hear from you. Even if we don't have a position open, we'll gladly make room for the right candidate.
